6月4日にbet365から三菱UFJ銀行に出金依頼。現在6月19日も着金確認取れていません

こんにちは！
いつも拝見しております。
どうにもならなくてこちらで質問させていただきます。
この度6月4日に出金依頼を行いました。しかし、本日まで着金しておりません。
ちなみに、何度もこちらのサイトを参考に確認致しました。
口座番号も間違っていません。名前を小文字で登録してしまったのが原因とは思えませんし、、、
ベット365のwithdrawの履歴を見ると、出金手配済みになっています。
しかし三菱UFJには着金ならず。
三菱UFJ銀行にも問い合わせたところ私宛の送金履歴も返金履歴もないとのこと。
考えられるのは途中の経由している銀行で止まっている可能性があるかもしれないとので、送金人に確認してくださいと言われました。
ベット365にMT103（伝文）を確認できるか問い合わせたら、
以下のメールがきました。

I will just need to clarify some further information in regards to your query. I can see a withdrawal of 1000 Euros was processed from bet365 on the 4/6/2019, back to your bank account via Bank Wire transfer. Can you please confirm if you have received this withdrawal?
If not, please confirm this in your reply, and we will have a look into what we can do to help you further.

もう私の1000ユーロは返ってこないのでしょうか、、、。

ベット365に返金手続きがあったので、もう一度出金手続きにトライしたら、２営業日後に振り込まれていました！！

とりあえず安心しました。が、、、
もう一度出金手続きを行ってみます。何がいけなかったのかがわからないのですけどやり直してみますm(_ _)m

Bet365からのメールには、
1000ユーロはこちらからは送っているので確認してくれ、と書かれています。
そのお受け取りになったメールに返信する形で、以下のように書いて返信してみてください。
I checked to my bank and it says that there are no incoming transaction to me from abroad.
Could you please provide the confirmation letter that my transaction has been completed?
So I can ask my bank to check the transaction again.

全て戻ってきておりますので安心して下さい！
私も6月4日にbet365から三菱UFJへ出金依頼してました。
6月5日着金確認しております。
ですので、何らかの不備等があった可能性も考えられます。
