I am contacting you with reference to your bank wire withdrawal for 340,000 JPY on 13/10/2019.
Unfortunately the bank wire has been returned to bet365 as the Beneficiary BIC is Invalid
Please check that the bank details you have registered with us are correct. Log in to your account, go to the Services menu, click on Members and choose Withdraw from the Bank menu.
You can check your bank details against your online banking account or bank statement, or by contacting your bank. If the details registered on your bet365 account are correct, please speak with your bank to find out why the funds have been returned.
Once you have checked your details, please contact us so we can update these and process your withdrawal.
