bet365で出金できなかった

いつもお世話になります。

bet365の出金について教えて下さい。
１周間ほど前に、出金の操作を行いました。

withdrawのメニューから
三井住友銀行の情報（支店の住所は本店）を打ち込みました。

アカウント上の残高がその分減ったので、申請が通ったのかと思ったら５日後にこんなメールが来ました。

Unfortunately the bank wire has been returned to bet365 as the ​​​​Beneficiary BIC is Invalid

Please check that the bank details you have registered with us are correct. Log in to your account, go to the Services menu, click on Members and choose Withdraw from the Bank menu.

You can check your bank details against your online banking account or bank statement, or by contacting your bank. If the details registered on your bet365 account are correct, please speak with your bank to find out why the funds have been returned.

Once you have checked your details, please contact us so we can update these and process your withdrawal.
