本人認証ができません

bet365の場合、出金の際ではなくアカウントを開設してから一定期間内に本人確認を済ませないと、
出金はもちろんベットすらもできなくなります。

本人確認はステップ１とステップ２の２段階で、ステップ1ではパスポート、免許証、マイナンバーカードのどれか、
ステップ2では住所の確認できる3ヶ月以内に発行された書類（住民票など）の提出が必要になります。

「提出された運転免許証は弊社の規定に沿わないため受け付けられません」
と書いています。
ステップ１で提出する書類では、写真、名前、生年月日を確認しているはずなので住所は関係ないかと思います。
住所はステップ２の書類で確認するのですが、先のメールでステップ2の書類は問題ないと言われていますので大丈夫です。

これまで運転免許証で本人確認のステップ１は通っていたのですが、何らかの理由で通らないようですね。
bet365内でのルールが変わって日本の免許証は受け付けられなくなった、
または担当者が新人や、日本のユーザーに慣れておらず通らないという可能性も考えられます。
その際には、しれっと提出すると通る場合もあります。
①認められた書類ではないため別の書類を出せと言われた場合

名前や生年月日が英語で記載されているパスポートが一番確実に受け付けられるのですがお持ちではないでしょうか？

どなたかに相談に乗っていただきたい件があります。
出金の際の本人確認の提出ですが、様々なサイトを調べてみたところ
運転免許証・パスポート・マイナンバーカードが必要みたいで
私は運転免許証しかもっていないのですが、これだけで本人確認はできるでしょうか？
可能であれば運転免許証のみでの提出で済ませたいです・・・（一応住民票の提出でもよいのであれば提出可能ですが）

もしかしてbet３６５に登録したときに住所にミスがあって確認できない可能性とかあるんでしょうか？

メールには、ステップ２用の書類は受け付けられるので、ステップ１用のフルネームと生年月日がはっきりとわかる書類が必要とのことです。
受け付けられる書類は、
・パスポート
・運転免許証
・マイナンバーカード
のいずれかになります。

運転免許証は既に提出されているようですので、パスポートまたはマイナンバーカードを提出するのが一番いいかと思います。

どちらもお持ちでない場合には、免許証の四隅を入れて、文字列がはっきりと読めるように撮影し直した上でもう一度お送りすることをお勧めします。

From reviewing this for you I can see that you have been able to complete step two of this process as we have been able to accept your proof of address document which you have sent in too us. In order to now complete your verification KYC process on your account I would need you to provide me with an alternative proof of ID document which clearly shows your full name and also your date of birth; We accept the following forms of ID to verify your Account:

– Passport
– National ID Card
– Driving Licence
– Birth Certificate
– Residency Permits and Visas

The quickest way to verify your documents is to upload these via the Know Your Customer section of the website. Once submitted, we will aim to review your documents within 48 hours. Once the review is complete we will notify you by email.

bet365からのメールには認証されない理由の記載はなかったでしょうか？
メールのスクショを貼っていただくと原因がわかるかもしれません。
受け付けられない原因としては
1₎ 書類の一部分しか画像に入っていない
2) 書類の有効期限が切れている(発行日が書かれていない)
3) 本人の名前や住所が書かれていない
などが考えられるかと思います。

メールに理由が書いていない場合には、bet365に聞くのがいいかと思います。
