出金したけど入って来なかった為確認メールをした返信の翻訳お願いします。

出金手続をしたにも関わらず３週間ほど待っても入金されなかったため確認のメールをしたところこのような返事が返ってきました。

アンケートに答えてアカウント閉鎖された

はじめまして、
アンケートに答えたところアカウント閉鎖連絡が来ました。
チャットで応答しても答えてもらえず、アカウントを恒久的に閉鎖しますとチャットで言われました。、

これは完全にもう利用できないということでしょうか？

どうやらアンケートで間違った返答をしてしまったらしく、規制がかかってしまいました、、。チャットでyesとnoを繰り返しても全くダメですし、翻訳で破れかぶれやっても全て却下されました。英語は以下の通りです。

おそらくあなたはギャンブル依存になってませんか？的な意味合いだと思っていたのですが、、。

サッカーの試合で、１日ベットし続けていたら、添付のような英文が表示され、ベットできなくなりました。

ベットし過ぎたために、制限されたのでしょうか。

１日あたり、何試合まで、あるいは、いくらまで等の制限があるのでしょうか。
