KYCで3週間前に
STEP1は免許証をアップロード、STEP2をパスポートをアップロード致しました、
STEP1はComplete になったのですが、
STEP2が
Your document is currently being reviewed by one of our advisors. We will contact you shortly if we need any further information と表示されます。
またログインをするとIn accordance with licensing conditions we are required to verify your age and identity. Certain restrictions may be applied to your account until we are able to verify your details. Please go to the Know Your Customer page in Members and provide the requested information.
と表示されます。
3週間も経過したので何かアドバイスを頂けますと幸いです。

3ヶ月ほど前に運転免許証とパスポートで本人確認を行ったのですがstep1はコンプリートできたのですがstep2ができなかったのでこちらにあったご質問を見てメールを送ったのですがその返信がよくわかりません‼︎
お金がおろせずとても困っています。

If you are unable to remember this number, please confirm the following:
- Your username
- Your full name
- Your date of birth
- The first line of your address and your postcode
- Your email address registered to your account
- The date and amount of your most recent deposit or withdrawal into your account or the last four digits of the payment type you have registered on your account (e.g. Credit Card, Neteller account number etc
- A four-digit security number that you would like registering to your account.
Once we have this information, we will be able to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
