お世話になります。 海外口座のマスターカードからエントロに振込したのですが、その口座の明細に6桁の番号が記載されてなく、銀行に連絡してみたところ、現在セキュア番号 6桁の番号は発行していないと言われてしまいました。

なので、エントロにその旨を伝え、6桁の番号を教えて欲しいと伝えたところ、来た返信が以下になります。 少しニュアンスがわからない文章なので翻訳していただけると助かります。よろしくお願いします。


Please note that as you are having an issue with validating your card, we ask you to validate your successful top-up. We request that you validate the following: 17 Sep 2016, 16:14 for the amount of EUR-31.48. Please contact your card issuer and request the authorisation/approval code for this transaction. Once you have this please email us the code and we will attempt to manually verify your card for you.

Note: Authorisation/approval codes do not normally appear on bank statements therefore please contact your bank/card issuer directly.

The authorization/approval code is 6 digits long and it starts with 907***.
