We need to complete a standard verification check on your William Hill account. In the meantime the products or services available to you may be limited. So that we can fully activate your account, we need you to send us photos of yourself holding the following documents:
1.Proof of Identity
• One valid photo ID; may be your driver’s licence, national ID or passport AND;
• Your William Hill username and/or account number, handwritten on a piece of paper
2. Proof of Address
• A bank or credit card statement(s) showing the registered address on your account; this must be issued within the past three (3) months AND the deposit(s) made to your WH account clearly indicated.
Alternatively, IF you deposited via e-wallet, please send us the bank and/or credit card statement showing the deposit to the specific e-wallet used AND;
• Proof of ownership for the payment method(s) used to deposit into your WH account; this may be a screenshot of the ‘My Account’ section of your e-wallet, showing your account number/e-wallet ID. The document must show that you have funded your e-wallet and include the transaction history which matches the deposit/s made to your WH account.
Please make sure that both your face and the documents are clearly visible in the photos.
