bet365返金について

bet365返金についての質問です。
先日、bet365より銀行出金をしたところ、銀行より連絡があり、マイナンバー提出を求められました。
提出しない場合は送金元へ返金されるとの事だったので
、返金を依頼しました。
その後、1週間以上経つのですがbet365へ返金がされておりません。
bet365へチャットで問い合わせたのですが、意味が伝わりきらず終わってしまいました。
どのような形でお伝えする形がよいでしょうか？
宜しくお願いします。

銀行は新生銀行になります。2か月ほど前に開設しました。
以下、bet365からメッセージが届いたのですが、どういった意味でしょうか。
宜しくお願いします。
I am contacting you with reference to your bank wire withdrawal for €500.00 on 24/05/2017.
Unfortunately the bank wire has been returned to bet365.
Please check that the bank details you have registered with us are correct. Log in to your account, go to the Services menu, click on Members and choose Withdraw from the Bank menu.
You can check your bank details against your online banking account or bank statement, or by contacting your bank. If the details registered on your bet365 account are correct, please speak with your bank to find out why the funds have been returned, or provide alternative bank wire details.
Once you have checked your details, please contact us so we can update these and process your withdrawal.
In order to proceed, we will need you to confirm your username and four-digit security number. If you are unable to recall your four-digit security number, scroll to the bottom of the bet365 website, select bet365 FAQ and refer to What if I forget my four-digit security number.

マイナンバーを提出しないと返金されるって結構厳しいですね、今後の為にも当サイト上でシェアしたいです。
どの銀行なのか、宜しければお教え頂くことは可能でしょうか？
私も以前bet365からの送金が色々な手違いで返金されてしまったのですが、その返金がbet365側で確認できて、希望の口座へ再度送金してもらうまで3カ月近くかかりました…。
その間不安で何度もbet365と返金してしまった銀行とやり取りをし、資金が戻らなかったらどうしようと心配し、本当に疲れました…。
この場合、詳しい状況を説明し、再振込をしてもらう別の銀行情報も伝えるのが良いと思います。
bet365へ送りたい文章を日本語で書いていただければそれを英語に翻訳しますので、こちらへ問合せ文を書いてください！
早く返金されるといいですね！
