This was applied to your account on the 04/08/2020 as as such, you will need to wait a minimum of 6 months from this date until you can request to reopen your account.

I have known that ecoPayz had become to be used in JPY currency.
To use it, I closed old account and opened new account with JPY, then contacted support team via email.

However, I kindly would like to ask you to understand that I set up Self Exclusion mistakenly since I hardly understand English.
So may I ask you to release my new account from current Self Exclusion?
I understand that you may have applied your Self Exclusion but mistake, but as this is a Responsible Gambling control we are unable to start the reopening process before the necessary time-frame has elapsed.
As my colleague previously advised, because you have applied an Indefinite Self Exclusion, at least 6 months needs to have passed before you can request to reopen your account.
Whilst I do appreciate that this is not the answer that you were hoping to gain, there is no one at bet365 who can override this.
