アカウント通貨変更の際に、誤って「Self Exclusion」を設定し半年間利用できなくなった

こんにちは。
こちらのサイトを拝見しまして通貨を日本円に変更しようとしました。
元のアカウントを閉鎖してから新アカウントを開設してサポートへメール、という流れだったと思うのですが
誤って元アカウントを「Self Exclusion」してから新アカウントを開設、サポートへメールという手続きをしてしまいました。
サポートから返信が来まして、引継ぎは問題なくできたようですがSelf Exclusionのせいで半年使えないといった旨の内容が書いてあります。
この場合どのようにすればよろしいでしょうか。
以下にサポートからのメールを添付いたします。お手数おかけしますがご教授お願いいたします。
Thank you for providing me with your account information. I will be happy to advise you accordingly.
I can confirm that your account 旧アカウント has been closed and your account 新アカウント remains active. However, the system has detected that you previously held an account which had an indefinite Self Exclusion applied and as such the same restrictions will always be mapped over to any new accounts created.
This was applied to your account on the 04/08/2020 as as such, you will need to wait a minimum of 6 months from this date until you can request to reopen your account.
In 6 months time, the date will be 04/02/2021. You will need to contact us via the telephone to start the reopening of your account, and you can find all contact numbers in the Contact Us link at the bottom of this email.

設定を間違ってしまった状況がどうであれ、bet365でもSelf Exclusionを解除することができないようですね。。
お力になることができず申し訳ありません。
本当に心苦しいのですが、他のブックメーカーでプレイするほかないです。。

サポートから返信が来ました。
I understand that you may have applied your Self Exclusion but mistake, but as this is a Responsible Gambling control we are unable to start the reopening process before the necessary time-frame has elapsed.
As my colleague previously advised, because you have applied an Indefinite Self Exclusion, at least 6 months needs to have passed before you can request to reopen your account.
Whilst I do appreciate that this is not the answer that you were hoping to gain, there is no one at bet365 who can override this.

当サイトをご覧いただきありがとうございます。
メールには
「元のアカウントで設定したSelf Exclusionが新しいアカウントにも適用されるので、8月4日から最低半年は利用できず、
2月4日以降にbet365に電話することによって、Self Exclusionが解除できます」と書いてあります。
Self Exclusion（自己排除機能）は、ギャンブル依存症対策のひとつでして、
一度設定してしまうと、Bet365のサポート側でも設定を変更することは出来ないと言われてしまう可能性がとても高いです。。
bet365としては自分でギャンブルから距離を置く設定をしたのに、なぜそれをまた解除したいのかということになってしまいます。
しかし、今回SHUさんはエコペイズを使うために口座を閉鎖し、JPYアカウント開設、すぐにサポートにメールをされていらっしゃるようなので
どうにか日本円アカウントでの利用を続けられないかと、英語が得意なスタッフにも確認し文章を考えました。
以下の文章を、届いたメールに返信する形で送っていただきたいです。

日本円でエコペイズを使えるようになったと知り、エコペイズを使うために、アカウントを閉鎖、JPYの新アカウントを開設、すぐにサポートにメールしました。
状況は理解しました。
しかし英語がほとんどわからず、間違えてSelf Exclusionを設定してしまったことをご理解いただきたいです。
なので、Self Exclusionを解除してもらえないでしょうか？
