I contacted the bank about MT103.
They said that the bank has not received it.
Until last month, the money was sent in US dollars, so it went through the US bank, but this time it is being sent in Japanese yen, so it is going through the South African bank.
Is there a problem with the South African bank being the intermediary bank?
Please look into it.
Thank you very much for your time.
