22betの本人確認やエコペイズアカウントの認証がうまくいきません

2020年12月ごろに22betにてアカウントを取得、オッズ確認用にしていたため、2021年2月まで入金をしていませんでした。
2021年2月26日に入金しNBAにBETしようとしたところ、
ベットを行うことができません。該当イベントを確認できませんでした。
（Unable to place bet. Failed to check eventsと出ます）カスタマーに上記表示が出るのでベットできないと相談したところ（グーグル翻訳にて翻訳して送信）

Make sure that the sent file size is more than 1 MB.との返事で、スマホで撮ったものをPC用メールアドレスに送る際に圧縮していたので、
元のサイズのデータのまま再度提出、Dear customer,
You should provide us with a screenshot of the ecoPayz e-wallet where we can see the data of the e-wallet holder (by clicking on the cog icon) and deposits connected with your gaming account.と来たのでエコペイズのフルネームが分かるスクショと、口座情報が分かるスクショを提出、
Dear customer,
You should send us the full statement of ecopayz. (Tab “”View of account statements”).と返事が来たのでトランザクションから22betに送金したという履歴を送信、
Dear customer,
We should be able to see the data of the e-wallet holder.という返事が来たところで意味が分からず停まっています。
そもそも出金の際の資料提出なら理解できるのですが、
手続きしないとベットすらできないものなんでしょうか。。
という質問をしても回答がありません泣どこかで何か間違えていますか。
エコペイズのなんの資料が必要なのかいまいち理解できず、
スクショいろいろ送っていますが違うようです。ご助力頂けますと幸いです。
