教えてもらったように送ったら以下のようにきました。
私が3回くらいクリックしてしまったからかなと思い待っていたらまた2通きました。
しかし開けてみるとコードは全部同じでした
入力してもやはり完了せず。
どうしたら本人確認終わりますか

We require your assistance in verifying your location. In order for us to confirm your address, we ask that you send a copy of some suitable postal correspondence dated within the last three months. This letter must clearly show your name and address.
Acceptable correspondence includes:
– Utility bill
– Bank statement
– Credit Card statement
– Debit Card Statement
– Mobile or Landline telephone bill
This document must:
– Show your full residential address
– Show your full name
– Be dated within the last 3 months
– Be a clear digital photograph of the original paper document. This should also be letter-headed.
Until we have been able to successfully complete verification, access to your bet365 account will be restricted and you will not be able to make deposits, place bets or play any of our gaming products.
