免許とセルフィ送った結果です！どうでしょうか？
周りにも同じ症状の人間が何人かいるみたいです。もしかして本人確認の規制が厳しくなったんでしょうか？
共通してるのは本人確認に免許やマイナンバーやパスポート＋公共料金系の書類
で行った人のようです。
免許＋パスポートで本人確認した友人は大丈夫のようでした。

PVCはエアメールですね。
他の資料で本人確認してれば捨てても問題ないです。

文章の中にあるPVCとは、エアメールで送られてきたナンバーのことでしょうか？
こちら確認後破棄した気がします。。

とりあえず、免許証とセルフィーをやってみたいと思います。

問題が発覚したので規制したみたいです。
免許証と免許証を持って一緒に取った写真（セルフィー）

(one could be a Birth Certificate);
Birth Cetificateですが、直訳すると出生証明書となりますが、日本の場合には戸籍謄本がそれにあたると書いてあります。
ですのでこの場合は戸籍謄本を提出するべきなのだと思います。

ちょっと気になる案件ですね。
ここまでさせるかと…
