1. You must have settled bets to the value of three times your bonus before making a withdrawal (subject to conditions 5 to 8 below). This offer only applies to bets placed via desktop, mobile or tablet. For customers residing in Australia this offer also includes bets placed using our Telephone Betting services.
2. You must claim your Offer and complete all turnover requirements within 90 days of 02:43:29 GMT+9 19/07/2018. Where the bonus is not completed within 90 days, any funds held in the bonus balance will be forfeited.
3. If a withdrawal or transfer out is actioned after you claim your offer but before you complete the turnover requirements then any funds in your bonus balance will be forfeited and the offer will no longer be available to you.
4. You can only have one active bonus at any one time. To claim another bonus the current active bonus must be completed or closed first.
5. Any single bets placed at odds of less than 1/2 (1.50) will not count towards any turnover requirement. In multiple bets at least one selection must have odds of 1/2 (1.50) or greater to count towards any turnover requirement.
6. Only bets placed on the first selection in any market/fixture combination, both pre-match and In-Play, will count towards any turnover requirements. Any subsequent bets placed on other selections in the same market/fixture combination will not count towards the turnover requirements. This term is applied in conjunction with the other restrictions. As an example, once you have qualified, a bet on Man Utd to beat Chelsea on the Full Time Result market at odds of 1/2 (1.50) or greater will count towards the turnover requirements, however a subsequent bet placed on Chelsea on the Full Time Result market in the same game either pre-match or In-Play will not count towards the turnover requirements. Where your first bet on any market/fixture combination is less than 1/2 (1.50), this bet and any subsequent bets on this market/fixture combination will not count towards any turnover requirements.
7. Bets placed on Asian Handicap and Goal Line markets, both pre-match and In-Play will not count towards the turnover requirement stated in condition 1.
8. Bets which are Cashed Out or placed on Instant Games will not count towards the turnover requirement stated in condition 1. Where a bet has been edited using our Edit Bet feature, the original stake will not count towards this turnover requirement and only the new stake will count.
9. In Australia, residents of New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia are not eligible for this offer.
10. Where any term of the offer or promotion is breached or there is any evidence of a series of bets placed by a customer or group of customers, which due to a deposit bonus, enhanced payments, Free Bets, risk free bets or any other promotional offer results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, bet365 may reclaim the bonus, enhanced payment, Free Bet or risk free bet element of such offers and/or void any bet funded by the deposit bonus or Free Bet. In addition, where there is evidence of such activity, bet365 may levy an administration charge on the customer up to the value of the deposit bonus, Free Bet, risk free bet or enhanced payment towards the administrative costs incurred in identifying and taking action against the activity.
11. bet365 may reclaim any bonus amount, Free Bets or enhanced payments that have been awarded in error.
12. bet365 may, at any time, make minor amendments to this promotion to correct typographical errors or to improve on clarity or customer experience and may cancel this promotion for legal or regulatory reasons.
