もう一度運転免許を写しなおしてメールで送りましたところ、かえって来たメールが

Unfortunately, the Driving License that you have provided has been rejected as it does not match the criteria that we support here at bet365.
It is important that we are able to positively identify our customers to comply with both regulatory requirements and to help ensure the security of accounts. We call this process Know Your Customer or KYC. Until your account is fully verified you will not be able to make a withdrawal.
KYC is a two-step process and there are a number of quick and easy options available to you to complete this. You can view these options by logging in to your account, going to the Services menu, clicking on Members, choosing My Account and selecting Know Your Customer.
You can also verify your account by uploading a copy of your passport or ID card online via Members.
We require your assistance in verifying your location. In order for us to confirm your address, we ask that you send a copy of some suitable postal correspondence dated within the last three months. This letter must clearly show your name and address.
もしかしてbet３６５に登録したときに住所にミスがあって確認できない可能性とかあるんでしょうか？

「提出された運転免許証は弊社の規定に沿わないため受け付けられません」
と書いています。
ステップ１で提出する書類では、写真、名前、生年月日を確認しているはずなので住所は関係ないかと思います。
住所はステップ２の書類で確認するのですが、先のメールでステップ2の書類は問題ないと言われていますので大丈夫です。
これまで運転免許証で本人確認のステップ１は通っていたのですが、何らかの理由で通らないようですね。
bet365内でのルールが変わって日本の免許証は受け付けられなくなった、
または担当者が新人や、日本のユーザーに慣れておらず通らないという可能性も考えられます。
その際には、しれっと提出すると通る場合もあります。
①認められた書類ではないため別の書類を出せと言われた場合
名前や生年月日が英語で記載されているパスポートが一番確実に受け付けられるのですがお持ちではないでしょうか？
